ECO-Jack® S-Series
ECO-Jack® heavy duty hydraulic jacks are available in five different series with payloads up to 25 tons. The adjustability of the lifting claw on all ECO-Jack® is patented easy: Lift the claw with just one hand, take it horizontally out of the groove plate and insert it in a new position -done. Easy to use with a low risk of injury. The integrated pump requires no additional equipment. From the EJ100-3S, external manual or electric pumps can also be connected. For all areas of application in which the standard range is insufficient, we design special solutions that are individually tailored to the customer needs.

Our broad selection of hydraulic toe jacks S-series include the following variants:
- EJ30-5S: This model’s payload is 3 tonnes and is the least in this series. It comes with patented comfort and can be operated single-handed.
- EJ60-4S: This hydraulic toe jack model of ours can lift up to 6 tonnes and is equipped with an integrated pump. You can place it in the desired position by gripping the claw. Our engineers have designed it ergonomically so that you can operate it with just one hand.
- EJ100-3S: This product from HTS Direct Limited is for heavy payloads of up to 10 tonnes. Keeping in line with our design principle, this model is compact and offers single-handed operation. Even though there is an integrated pump, you can also operate it with an external electric pump or hand.
- EJ150-3S: With the ability to lift up to 15 tonnes, this model of our hydraulic toe jacks S-series is perfect for moving and lifting heavy machinery and equipment. Like the rest of the models of this series, it features a user-friendly design and comes with an integrated pump, along with a second hydraulic pump. This enables the jack to be lifted up to 3 times faster than normal.
- EJ250-3S: This model comes with patented comfort and has the capability of lifting loads up to 25 tonnes. Similar to EJ150-3S, it is equipped with a 2nd hydraulic pump that helps in speeding up the lifting process to about 3 times than normal.

Hydraulic lifting devices of the ECO-Jack® G-Series are characterized by
- the patented lifting claw. It ensures a safe lifting of the load and can be adjusted with one hand without tilting movement. This is especially long and flat for the round frames on modern fork trucks.
- a minimal self-weight. Improved construction and high-quality material have reduced weight by up to 20% compared to similar devices.
- Precision milled guides made of high resistant and high quality material that guarantee precise lifting and lowering movements and a long service life.
- a pump unit which can be swiveled by approx. 225 °. It allows the full pump stroke from any position.
- a finely dosed release valve, with which the load can be lowered precisely and the lowering speed can be precisely controlled.
- an external hose coupler is standard with the EJ100-3G. External pumps can be connected with the drip-free hydraulic nipple.
- Side-mounted handles that allow full stroke movement of the 225º rotatable pump unit from all positions. The handles are not over at the top and do not need to be removed when the top plate is used for lifting.

ECO-Jack S CR
The HTS CR-Series are in production since 2003 for clean room and food applications. All standard equipment from the ECO-Jack machine lifter series can be manufactured as a CR-Series with nickel-plated surfaces and low-wear nylon rollers. Apart from clean rooms, the CR-Series is also used in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries as well as in medical technology or research.
Hydraulic lifting devices of the ECO-Jack CR-Series are characterized by
- the patented lifting claw. It ensures a safe lifting of the load and can be adjusted with one hand without tilting movement.
